the swimming pool was nice and hot tub was hot{good}. staff were friendly. Zac was very friendly. breakfast was awesome. rooms were very clean.
the only complaint I have was the people above our room were loud, constantly walking back and forth, we could hear the thumping back and forth up until midnight. I called the front desk and complained twice and Zac said he was going to do what he can but it didn't work. I even had Zac come to our room and he heard it. he said he was going to forward it to his Manager but I was never contacted. Thank you for trying to help, Zac.
